All floral arrangements are final sale.
WEDDINGS
The initial deposit is non-refundable, should the wedding/event be cancelled by the booking party. Juniper & booking party to meet 4 weeks prior to the wedding/event to review flower plan and make changes accordingly. Additions and removals can be made at this time. Wholesale flower orders are placed by Juniper 3 weeks prior to the wedding/event. No changes will be accepted 3 weeks prior to the wedding/event date. Please note we do our best to choose the flowers noted in your quote, for your wedding/event. In the event we cannot secure the exact variety noted, we will work to secure a like flower/green to compliment your theme and colour story. In the event that Juniper cancels this contract for any reason at any time that more than 60 days before the event, the initial deposit of 50% will be fully refunded to the booking party. In the event that Juniper cancels this contract for any reason at any time that is less than 61 days before the event, Juniper will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable replacement to fulfill the contract. Juniper Floral Studio will allow for postponements due to COVID or other act of god that may occur. Cancellations will not be permitted, and the initial deposit will be non-refundable. Should the event date be postponed, we reserve the right to re-quote the floral plan due to increases of raw materials from year to year.
